It is 10:30 am Sunday when the parishioners leave the Church of Notre-Dame de Lorette in the 9th arrondissement of Paris.
During the universal prayer, the priest addressed the Sauvé report, named after the chairman of the independent commission on sexual abuse in the Church (Ciase), whose findings published last week highlight the existence of 216,000 minors victims of priests, deacons and religious since 1950.
Thomas is still upset:

One kilometer further on, the sun illuminates the square of the Saint-Roch church, in the 1st arrondissement.
Many faithful leave the Church after the 9:30 am mass.
