Ruslan Bobiev and his girlfriend Anastasia Chistova pose in the photo as if they were having oral sex.

She wears a jacket that says "Police".

In the background you can see the famous St. Basil's Cathedral on Red Square in Russia's capital Moscow.

Because of this picture they shared on social media, the two influencers have now been sentenced to ten months in prison by a Moscow district court.

This is reported, among other things, by the Russian news agency Tass.

Couple apologized

The court found that Bobiev, whose real name is Ruslani Talabjon, and his girlfriend Chistova had offended the "feelings of believers" with the photo.

Bobiev, who works as a blogger, is said to be deported to his home country of Tajikistan after being detained.

The two were arrested in late September after the photo was published and have since apologized for the picture.

Bobiev is best known for his pranks on Instagram.

Before his site was recently shut down, he had over 100,000 followers.

Chistova is supposed to work as an Instagram model.
