That's a big question.
First of all, this plan is not just about halting a decline.
It is a plan which aims to project France into new sectors, formerly non-existent and now necessary.
Unfortunately, no details are given to us on the real mechanics of the plan and the points on which the investment will be concentrated.
For example, the President of the Republic announced 6 billion euros of investments for semiconductors without specifying where, in concrete terms, will go.
