China reiterated its rejection of US interference in its internal affairs, stressing that Taiwan is an inalienable part of its territory.

Zhou urged the US government to stop all statements and actions that incite and support (Taiwan independence) and take concrete measures to adhere to the one-China principle and the three Sino-US joint communiques.
