(ANSA) - ROME, NOVEMBER 05 - From a minimum of 50 to about 180 euros for each child, with an increase from the third child. It is the amount of the single allowance that should be fixed, as we learn from ministerial sources, by the implementing decree expected in the CDM next week. The allowance will be calculated on the basis of the ISEE and will range from 50 euros for the lowest incomes to 180 euros for the lowest, which from the third child can reach up to about 250-260 euros for each child. There will also be a surcharge if both parents work, a reward desired by the Minister of the Family Elena Bonetti to push female work.

Applications will start in January 2022 and the first disbursements will arrive in March.

When fully operational, the check will always be paid by March in March of each year.

"Not a shift" of the measure, the sources explain, but a choice linked to the need to allow families to present the previous year's Isee, on which the allowance is measured.

For 2022, to avoid 2 months of overdraft, the 'bridge check' and family allowances in force today will be extended in January and February.
