Students of the Syrian Scientific Olympiad participated today in the 8th Iran International Olympiad in Mathematics Engineering, which was organized “remotely” over a period of four continuous hours.
The Excellence and Creativity Authority indicated in a statement that SANA received a copy of it that 17 male and female students from the National Team for the Syrian Scientific Olympiad in the field of mathematics, in addition to the students who won gold and silver medals in the Youth Olympiad for the year 2021, participated from five geographical centers distributed in Damascus, Aleppo, Homs and Lattakia. and Tartous.
It is noteworthy that this is Syria's fourth participation in the Iranian Engineering Olympiad.
The results of the Olympiad students last year were distinguished, reaching two silver medals, three bronze medals, and six certificates of appreciation.
