(ANSA) - BRUSSELS, NOVEMBER 11 - The decision not to finance walls or barbed wire at the external borders "is not a juridical position, but a political position that the European Commission has taken for a long time together with the European Parliament".


   This was stated by the spokeswoman of the Community Executive, DanaSpinant, to a question, after the president of the European Council, Charles Michel, had a written opinion prepared on the legal framework of the funding, at the request of various member states.
