The latest report on the procedure for admission to stay for treatment - a device separate from the AME (State medical aid for illegal immigrants) and unique in its kind since it is sufficient for a foreign national to invoke the impossibility of being treated in one's country to ask for free care in France - starkly underlines the growing tension between the immense need for health of populations throughout the world and the weakening of the hexagonal capacities.
