The Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population announced the registration of 45 deaths and 863 new infections with the Corona virus during the past 24 hours.
The Ministry's spokesperson, Dr. Hossam Abdel Ghaffar, said in a statement that the total number of coronavirus infections in the country has so far reached 369,198, and the total number of deaths has reached 21,060.
Abdul Ghaffar indicated that 499 people recovered from infection with the Corona virus have been discharged from hospitals, bringing the total number of people recovered to 306,605 people to date.
Yesterday, the Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population recorded 49 deaths and 879 cases of infection with the Corona virus.
