After the cancellation of the Brussels Brafa in mid-January and the postponement of its edition to June, the organization of the Tefaf Maastricht has just thrown in the towel for its March 2022 edition.
Tefaf is one of the biggest fairs in the world and the decision was difficult to make.
But everyone kept in mind the 2019 edition, maintained at all costs, closed just a few days after its opening;
the event had turned into a cluster, with several exhibitors and visitors falling ill.
The Covid-19 had struck in cascade.

As Europe finds itself once again in the midst of an epidemic resurgence, this memory has come back;
it was necessary to decide.
Wednesday afternoon, an extraordinary council was held by videoconference.
