This was decided by the CSM for having sexually molested in 2015 the Palermo prosecutor Alessia Sinatra. 'Unjust sentence' commented (ANSA)

Loss of two months of seniority:

this is the sanction that the disciplinary section of the CSM inflicted

on the Florence prosecutor Giuseppe Creazzo,

accused by a colleague, the Palermo prosecutor Alessia Sinatra, of having sexually harassed her in 2015 in a hotel in the capital where an initiative of their current, Unicost, was underway. The prosecutor was instead acquitted of a second accusation: that of having violated with this behavior the duties of correctness of a magistrate towards his colleague. The court of robes ruled out the charge, believing - from what has been learned - that the affair can be limited to an event between individuals.

"This is an unjust sentence because I am innocent, it is a decision in accordance with the media condemnation that I had already suffered when the news broke out. I will appeal to the Supreme Court, where I trust that I will finally be able to get justice".

Thus the chief prosecutor of Florence Giuseppe Creazzo, after the decision of the disciplinary section of the CSM which sanctioned him with a loss of two months of seniority.
