. - The president undoubtedly knows that if his policy is appreciated enough from the center left to the moderate right, his person is less so. The aim was to correct the image of arrogance and disconnection from reality. The message, too, is that being president is learning. Since we already have a young person in place and now experienced in exercising, why change? The fact remains that the president is in a position of political balancing act. With the only forces supporting him, he would not exceed 15% of the vote. He must therefore seek a contribution of voices coming from both the left and the right, which obliges him to combine these notions in a clever balance.
