Russia offers the US and NATO a substantial peace treaty

    Among the proposed measures, anticipated by various Russian media, there is the creation of a "hotline" between Moscow and NATO, the promise by the US to "not expand" NATO further and to "not accept" countries within it. which were part of the Soviet Union.
