MDA staff evacuated him in critical condition to Ichilov, where he was pronounced dead • The motorcyclist was moderately-severely injured and was taken to Wolfson Hospital

A 63-year-old pedestrian was killed last night (Sunday) after being hit by a motorcycle that skidded on Ben Zvi Road in Tel Aviv.

MDA teams arrived at the scene of the accident and evacuated him in critical condition with injuries to his head and limbs while he was breathing. At Ichilov Hospital, doctors were forced to determine his death.

Also, the 25-year-old motorcyclist was moderately-severely injured.

He was taken to Wolfson Hospital with a head injury.

MDA paramedic Shachar Hezkelevich, and paramedics from MDA Shai Bachar and David Hanuna, said: "We provided him with prompt treatment in the field and evacuated him urgently to the hospital while he was in a critical condition, the motorcyclist was fully conscious and suffered a head injury, we provided him with medical treatment and evacuated him to a hospital in moderate to severe condition."
