Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova announced that the Russian Foreign Ministers Sergey Lavrov and the American Anthony Blinken will discuss, during a phone call tomorrow, various issues on the international scene.
In an interview with reporters today, Zakharova noted that there are no plans yet for a personal meeting between the two ministers.
Lavrov and Blinken met in Geneva on the twenty-first of this month and discussed Russian proposals related to security guarantees.
