Why did Mark Obermars resign from his position at Ajax?

Tonight (Monday) it is reported that the former midfielder, who still refuses to comment on any affair, has sent pictures of his penis to club facts.

The whole thing floated following a letter sent by the club's general manager Edwin van der Sar to the club's employees, in which he wrote about the duty to maintain work procedures.

The club insist that there is a reporting obligation in case of abusive treatment and are now waiting to see if Obermars' misconduct will also lead to a criminal investigation.
