Donovan Carrillo wrote his name in figure skating by advancing to the final of the freestyle discipline with the best score of his career.
Carrillo is the first Mexican Olympic figure skater in 30 years.
The athlete dedicated his performance to his family and to all of Mexico, adding that "dreams come true."
