The Houston, Texas, Police Department reported that a 9-year-old girl died after she was shot while riding in a car with her family.
According to the Police, the man who shot the vehicle in which Arlene Álvarez was traveling was confused when he opened fire, since he had been robbed moments before and thought that she was shooting at the person who robbed her.
