The health crisis has delayed and complicated the start of the campaign and the debates that accompany it in general.

Emmanuel Macron's candidacy will not have taken place when it could have launched the campaign.

But to this must be added the weakness of the parties, the inconsistency of the projects, the multiplication of uncertain, late, even derisory candidacies, and which do not find their cause in the current crisis but in an intellectual shrinking of our political class...
