(ANSA) - MILAN, 04 MAR - Heavy situation on the main European stocks after the Russian bombing of the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant in Ukraine.

With US futures in the red, Milan (-5%), Paris (-3.4%), London (-3.22%), Frankfurt (-3%) and Madrid (-2.31%) expand the decline.

The dollar, which is trading below 1.1 against the euro for the first time since May 2020, is on the highs, while the prices of wheat (+ 6.52% to 1,225.25 dollars per bushel), of the barrel of crude oil (Wti +) are flying. 3.16% at 111 dollars and Brent + 2.54% at 113.25 dollars), gas (+ 17.81% at 190 euros per MWh) and metals starting from aluminum (+ 4.13% at 3.716, 50 dollars a ton).
