BRUSSELS - Barring last-minute twists, the fourth package of EU sanctions against Russia is on its way.
The procedure for adopting the new measures should be completed in the next few hours.
According to rumors, Roman Abramovich, the Russian billionaire owner of Chelsea, should also end up on the black list of people close to Putin.
"We are working tirelessly to force Moscow to stop the war through sanctions that will be increasingly unsustainable for Russia."
This was stated by Foreign Minister Luigi Di Maio from Bucharest.
