The tournament scheduled for 1 and 2 July 2022 is called 'Illumia Padel Open Top Player ExA': 32 former Serie A players ready to challenge each other in a two-day Padel stroke on the sports fields of the Country Club of Castenaso, Bologna.
Only one rule to participate: having collected at least one presence in the top flight of one of the national club champions of Italy, Spain, England, Germany, France.
The idea was born from the enthusiasm of the former midfielder Tomas Locatelli and from the sporting passion shared with Marco Bernardi, President of Illumia and Mario Trebbi, founding member of the Country Club. And from the idea of giving continuity to the challenges between football champions who have passionate millions of fans.
