Today, the Bulgarian capital, Sofia, witnessed demonstrations against the supply of arms to Ukraine by the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO).
Bulgarian media reported that the demonstrators who gathered near the Defense Ministry building in Sofia carried banners denouncing NATO and sanctions against Russia.
The demonstrators demanded to stop supplying any weapons to Ukraine, stressing that Bulgaria should not in any way be involved in the conflict with Russia.
Earlier today, the Speaker of the Russian State Duma, Vyacheslav Volodin, confirmed that bringing peace to Ukraine is linked to the United States and NATO countries stopping the supply of weapons and mercenaries to Kyiv and supplying humanitarian aid instead.
