The Hungarian authorities confirmed that the establishment of a no-fly zone over Ukraine is a dangerous matter that will be opposed during the NATO Summit, to be held soon in the Belgian capital, Brussels.
This came in a statement by Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban after video consultations with European Council President Charles Michel, according to Russia Today.
Orban said that "there are dangerous proposals on the NATO table," noting that NATO is a defense alliance, but it is not his responsibility to participate in "hostile acts" outside the territory of the alliance countries.
Orban said: The position of Hungary is clear, which is that we do not want to send soldiers or weapons outside NATO.
