This was reported by a spokesman for Downing Street, after the first information bounced by Beijing on the interview, using adjectives that indiplomacy highlight an apparent lack of agreement on the request made by the British Prime Minister and the leaders of the West in general to exert pressure on Vladimir Putin to stop hostilities by of the Moscow forces.
The conversation lasted "about an hour" and, according to London, also covered "a spectrum of issues of common interest".
