The plenary of magistrates of the Supreme Court of Justice of Honduras issued its resolution denying the appeal of the defense of former President Juan Orlando Hernández and giving free rein to the extradition of the former president in the next few hours.
His extradition was requested by the United States, where he is accused of alleged links to drug trafficking, charges that Hernández has repeatedly denied.
