Electricity service is restored in some areas of the Southeast of Puerto Rico

Nearly 80,000 homes already have electricity, but there are still thousands of people without power on the island. To avoid chaos due to the lack of traffic lights, dozens of police officers went out to regulate traffic. They also deployed officers in crowded places.
