Armed groups affiliated with the SDF militia linked to the American occupation surrounded the Baath bakery in the city of Qamishli and prevented citizens from taking bread, including bakery workers.
The director of the bakery branch confirmed, in a statement to SANA reporter, that the Al-Baath bakery has currently stopped working due to the violations and practices of the Qasd militia, which besieges the bakery and prevents the entry and exit of raw materials for the production of bread, pointing out that it is the main bakery that provides bread for the neighborhoods of Qamishli city.
Civil sources indicated to SANA reporter that armed groups of the SDF have surrounded the bakery since four o’clock in the afternoon from the direction of the youth city and the cultural center, and confiscated bread from the citizens and prevented them from entering the bakery in conjunction with their expulsion of the workers in it.
