This was reported by the head of the regional military administration, Oleksandr Starukh, according to Ukrinform, specifying that most of them have already been released.


"We have more than thirty heads of local administrations and deputies of local councils kidnapped. Most, more than twenty, have already been released. Some of them have left the occupied territories, others remain at work, we do not know the fate of the rest of them, "the governor said.
