Ligue 1: Cardiff demands €95m from Nantes after Sala's death

, Welsh club Cardiff are asking Nantes for £80m, or €95m, following the Emiliano Sala drama.

Bought for 17 million euros by the Cardiff club in January 2019, Emiliano Sala tragically disappeared in a helicopter accident during his transfer.

Three years later, the situation has still not been resolved by the various international bodies and Cardiff City FC is coming back to the charge.

Believing that the French club is at fault, because responsible for the theft at the time of the player's transfer, the Welsh team is asking 95 million euros from the Loire-Atlantique club.
