It should be the apotheosis of these four days of extraordinary festivities in London for the platinum jubilee of the 70 years of reign of Elizabeth II on Sunday June 5: a large festive parade bringing together more than 10,000 musicians, artists and dancers, punctuated by a rendition of "God Save The Queen", conducted by English star Ed Sheeran, in front of Buckingham Palace.
This anthem so hated on our side of the Channel, symbol of our historical rivalry with the English, from the Napoleonic wars to the bitter rugby games.
