Brittany: investigation opened after the death of a couple in separation

The man was born in 1970 and the woman in 1971. The couple had three children, including two minors who were directed by the prosecution to a hospital structure to ensure appropriate care, according to the same source.

The deceased woman had filed a petition with the family court judge in January relating to parental authority (unmarried parents) and two hearings had taken place in April and June.

The investigation was entrusted to the Vitré Research Brigade (BR).
