The drought affecting the Po Valley is still "very serious": "The levels of the river, stabilized downwards, remain well below the minimum in order to remove the spectrum of environmental damage in the Delta and crop damage in the rest of the district. Absent rain and temperatures still rising in the coming days ".
This is the result of the Observatory which met online today.
Meuccio Berselli, general secretary of the Po River District Authority - MiTE (ADBPo) underlines that "the Observatory is useful, but sterile. The instrument proves to be a lame duck".
