The City of Paris is turning the page on prefect Didier Lallement.
After three years of successive standoffs between the Hôtel de Ville and the police headquarters on issues as varied as those of crack, maintaining order or even the limited traffic zone, a number of elected Parisians are welcomed by the arrival of Laurent Nuñez on the Ile de la Cité, officially enthroned this Thursday morning.
