Most of the benches at the Germeringer town festival were also occupied on Sunday.

Germering – For a festival to be successful, it needs people to organize and carry it out.

Thanks to the employees of the city and the many volunteers from the Germering clubs, the city festival "Germering celebrates" was a complete success.

22 clubs and organizations took part in the Germeringer town festival.

The sun shone more or less with the smiling eyes of the Germeringer children last weekend.

With Punch and Judy shows, a bouncy castle or a carousel, people thought of them in particular.

At the volunteer fire brigade, you could try to climb as many beer crates as possible, or children could draw a caterpillar in front of the bookshop – the reward was cotton candy from the lifeguard or something heartier.

There was a lot on offer for children at the city festival.

Mayor Andreas Haas made the adults happy by tapping the beer keg, as they stayed until late in the evening on the benches in front of the town hall and listened - at least on Friday and Saturday evening - to the sounds of the two bands I Dolci Signori and Blind Date.

These created a good atmosphere.
