At 48, Ricardo Rodriguez is carving out quite a flattering reputation in Japan.
The Spanish technician, a fan of Pep Guardiola and his attacking football, arrived at Urawa Red Diamonds in January 2021. He has since won the Japan Cup in a few months, then the national Super Cup.
A feat only accomplished by Arsène Wenger.
