With the support of the International Committee of the Red Cross, the branch of the Syrian Arab Red Crescent in Daraa secured a batch of 5,417 meters of water pipes to supply 15 drinking water wells.
The head of the branch, Dr. Ahmed Al-Masalma, said in a statement to SANA reporter today that this work falls within the framework of raising the capabilities of the Water Corporation to provide more safe water sources for the people in light of the high material costs, adding: The wells that benefit about 75,000 citizens, if they are placed in investment, will be re-established. rehabilitate them sequentially.
