Netflix could raise $5.5 billion in TV advertising by 2027

A study by Ampere Analysis tries to measure the impact of future advertising offers from the American giant.

The launches of future subscription offers coupled with advertising from Netflix and then Disney+ are shaking up the global audiovisual landscape.

All the specialists run their calculators and try to estimate the future impact on the various advertising markets.

The firm Ampere Analysis takes the plunge and predicts, in a study which has just been published, that Netflix could derive 1.9 billion dollars in advertising revenue in the European market, around 2.1 billion in the North American market. (United States and Canada) and more than one billion in its other geographical areas by 2027. In total, in five years, the American streaming giant could collect an additional 5.5 billion dollars in revenue from the advertising.

A substantial amount if we relate it to its turnover of 29 billion dollars in 2021.
