The scenario:

Hatred of women and groups of men: The murder of an investment banker leads the investigators Odenthal (Ulrike Folkerts) and Stern (Lisa Bitter) to the army barracks, where Captain Kessler (Götz Otto) leads an archaic regiment.

However, the fact that a woman as a lieutenant colonel (Katrin Röver) was put in front of him after all those years of service caused his ego big problems.

All evidence points to him being responsible for the femicide.

In the middle of the interrogation, the news bursts that Kessler's unwanted boss has been kidnapped.

In order to get information about the whereabouts of the kidnapped soldier, Commissioner Odenthal even allows the misogynist captain to force her to show her breasts.

The highlight:

The offended man a murder machine?

What initially comes across as a nasty observation of the difficult conversion of the Bundeswehr, which was once managed by men, into a diverse women's army, suddenly turns into an enthusiastic inspection of the troops.

The picture:

During a break in the interrogation, Odenthal breaks an apple in half with his bare hands.

She probably would have preferred to split the captain in two.

The dialogue:

After the lieutenant colonel has been kidnapped, the alarm is raised in the barracks.

The investigators run across the yard with a soldier, followed by a breathless dialogue.

Star: "Thank you for helping."

Soldier: "What were you thinking?"

Star: "I was afraid you were all involved."

Soldier: We are soldiers.

Lieutenant Colonel Limbach can rely on us.

She's our comrade and we're bringing her home now, wherever she is.

Roger that?"

The review:

5 out of 10 points.

Interrogation crime with the sound of an oath of allegiance: the tension peters out in the end in a stiff declaration of the Bundeswehr.

More complex political thriller action is provided by the »Munich Games« series, which officially starts on Sky on Sunday.
