Vuelta: Roglic abdicates, retires after yesterday's crash

The Slovenian was forced to retire after the crash in the final of yesterday's stage: Roglic had taken the attack 3 kilometers from the finish, dragging four other riders behind him.

In the final sprint, however, he hit a wheel and landed at high speed, injuring his elbow and left side.
