An embarrassing incident took place today (Saturday) near the match between Maccabi Haifa and Nes Ziona section at Sami Ofer.
The team's midfielder, who has been injured for several months - Mahmoud Jaber - was arrested by the police, after he tried to reach the players' parking lot near the stadium with his car.
Jaber explained to the police that his parking ticket was at the counters and they wouldn't let him pass.
After that, they took him out of his vehicle, handcuffed him and put him in the car.
After an inquiry was made and after they realized that he was an active footballer, the player was released and came to the stadium to watch his friends.
