This Tuesday, September 13, the adventurer took the road towards Nantes, from Paris, aboard a sand yacht.

A journey in the wind in a vehicle flocked with a diverted PSG logo: “Possible without diesel”.

His initiative echoes Christophe Galtier's ironic reaction to his team's private jet trip on September 3.

Objective: “to show that there are several transport solutions other than polluting”.

Environmental activist and vegetarian, Rémi Le Calvez has not been flying for three years.

“We only have one planet, we must take care of it now,” he insists, pointing to “the catastrophic impact” of CO2 emissions emitted by the flights of Paris Saint-Germain stars.

To cover the 550 km that separate Nantes from Paris, Captain Rémi has given himself 5 days, “just to be on time” for his show which is planned in the city of the Dukes, this Sunday.

Accustomed to unusual challenges since 2015, he has already descended the Seine in a pedal boat, reached Brussels by Vélib', or crossed the Atlantic by sail.

A true adventurer.
