A video captured the moment floodwaters swept away a bridge in
Puerto Rico as Hurricane Fiona
made landfall on Sunday afternoon.
The hurricane threatened to cause "catastrophic flooding" and landslides before heading towards the Dominican Republic, according to the National Weather Service.
