Members of the Jableh Police Department in Lattakia Governorate found the body of a person within a skylight under construction in Jableh Corniche.
The Ministry of Interior stated, in a statement that SANA received a copy of, that as soon as the department received information about the presence of the body of a person within a building under construction, patrols from the Jableh Police and the Forensic Evidence Department headed to the place, and the body of a person who turned out to be “Wael-H” was seen, born 1984 lying on the ground.
The ministry indicated that investigations showed that the person had fallen from a building skylight, and the Medical and Judicial Examination Authority was informed, and the discovery revealed that the cause of death was his fall from a high place, pointing out that the body was transferred and deposited at Jableh National Hospital and investigations are still ongoing to uncover the circumstances of the death.
