Russian Andrey Rublev, ranked ninth in the world, won his fourth title this year, by winning today's Gijon Championship, at the expense of American Sebastian Korda.

Rublev qualified for the 250-point championship after defeating the 47th seed, Korda, in two sets without a response, 6-2 6-3.

The 24-year-old boosted his hopes of reaching the final this season in Turin, which brings together the best eight players of the year, and is currently sixth in the race.
