The 44-year-old magistrate was presiding over the hearing in the 16th chamber where the immediate appearances of the day were being judged when she suffered a sudden illness.

Despite the rapid intervention of the men of the Paris fire brigade (BSPP) and the attempts at resuscitation carried out by the doctors of the Samu for more than an hour, the magistrate succumbed on the spot.
