An ammonia leak occurred this morning at a factory in an industrial area in Kiryat Shmona.
Five fire crews from the Galil-Golan station and a hazardous materials handling unit under his command were called to the scene of the incident and assessed the situation.
The industrial emergency team performed operations to seal the leak and contain it.
After carrying out a series of operations by the various forces, the incident was brought under control.
The fire crews at the scene assisted in the operations and performed monitoring in order to rule out the presence of the material in the air.
The fire services stated that there were no casualties in the incident and there was no environmental danger.
