Ashdod - Hapoel Tel Aviv 0:1 (Sport1)

Hapoel Tel Aviv received a message this evening (Monday) from the CAS regarding the nine appeals against the claims of the foreign players against the club that all the appeals were accepted and all the sanctions against the club were canceled.

In fact, the CAS cancels the sanctions imposed on Hapoel Tel Aviv due to the previous owners' obligations.

Now, FIFA will have to decide whether to initiate new procedures and demands from the club under the current ownership, when Hapoel Tel Aviv's legal team claims that the chances of this are slim.

It should be noted that if the decision is final, it may have a positive effect on potential buyers of the club, who until now were afraid Pandora's box of lawsuits in FIFA.

Will they be able to start a new way?

The club was represented in the entire legal process by lawyers Yossi Geir and Omri Appelbaum from the Gornicki attorney's office.
