Faced with "a global and composite crisis such as that in Ukraine, it is important to reflect seriously on the following: first, conflicts and wars do not produce winners; second, there is no simple solution to a complex issue; and third, the confrontation between the main countries must be avoided ".
For this reason, "we support and look forward to the resumption of peace talks between Russia and Ukraine and we also hope that the US, NATO and the EU will dialogue with Russia", he concluded.
