(ANSA) - ROME, NOVEMBER 19 - Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk has announced the start of the evacuation of civilians who have suffered damage to their homes or are too old and sick to face the cold winter in Kherson, which has just been liberated, but without electricity, water and heating .

    Vereshchuk stressed that this is not a mandatory evacuation but a temporary shelter: "Evacuation to the western districts consists in the fact that the state takes responsibility for transportation, people must be taken to the place where they will spend the winter. They will come provided homes, care, everything needed," he said.
